One of our most economical skylights, the Fixed Dome Self Flashinbg Skylight is perfect for any residential application. Built entirely from North American sourced, high-grade materials, this skylight is designed and built to withstand the harshest climates. This skylight consists of a PVC base frame designed for mounting directly to the roof deck substrate (no curb required), dual-layer UV-stabilized acrylic dome lenses, and heavy-duty aluminum cap frames. This model is designed specifically for asphalt shingle sloped roofs with large PVC fins, replacing the need for any step flashing.
This skylight option provides an economical choice for adding natural daylight and open sky views to any part of your house. Recommended for any part of the house but would work exceptionally well for foyers, dark stairwells, bathrooms, garages and kitchens.
- Clear acrylic double layer domes insulate from the cold weather, while preventing any snow build-up to block the light.
- Optional bronze tinting or white translucent (privacy) acrylic domes available to help cut heat radiation from the sun.
- Interior PVC frame will not frost up, and is designed with a special drainage trough to weep out any possible interior condensation to the outside - not on to your floor!
