All sales final-returns are no longer accepted.

Order Cancellations or Changes
All items in our Regular Catalog section are made to order. We will allow 48 hours (two business days) for changes or cancellations to be made. After this time, the order is submitted to the factory for production and at that time, no changes or cancellations are possible.
Items in our Sale section are in stock. ALL SALES FINAL for in-stock products-no returns, exchange or refunds

Storage Policy
We are unable to store purchased items for more than one week after purchase is made
For items purchased from existing inventory, we reserve the right to treat orders as "abandoned" if not picked up in one week. Abandoned items will be put into stock, without refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns for custom orders or non-stock product cannot be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
No exchanges are accepted

Refunds
No refunds for custom orders. If product is defective, it may be replaced under warranty by the factory.
All sales final for any sale product purchased from our inventory
