Refund policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In all cases, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging (if packaged). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@discountdoor.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions as to when you may return your purchase to our Magnetic Dr. location. Customer is responsible for the cost of transportation of the goods back to our Magnetic Dr. location, whether the goods were picked up or delivered by third party cartage companies. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations or Changes
All items in our Regular Catalog section are made to order. We will allow 48 hours (two business days) for changes or cancellations to be made. After this time, the order is submitted to the factory for production and at that time, no changes or cancellations are possible.
Items in our Sale section are in stock. Once an order is placed for any of these items, a change or cancellation within 48 hours will require a 5% processing fee. After 48 hours, any change or cancellation will require a re-stocking fee of 20%
Storage Policy
We are unable to store purchased items any longer than 30 calendar days past the date of the purchase (Unless special arrangements have been made). Non-cancellable product will be subject to storage charges of 5% of purchase price per day past the 30 day limit.
For items purchased from existing inventory, we reserve the right to treat orders as "abandoned" if not picked up 30 days past the date of purchase. Abandoned items will be put into stock. A refund, if issued, will be in the amount of the original purchase, less a 20% re-stocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns for custom orders or non-stock product cannot be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
