Energy Star Glass Upgrades For Sliding Patio Doors

The standard Low-e glass incorporated in our patio door systems is excellent for most applications in Southern Ontario or similar climates.

For superior insulation from harsh Winter climates, and for Energy Star Certification in Canada, we highly recommend upgrades to the glass in your new patio sliding door system

Double pane Low-e 272 + Low-e i89 gives excellent protection against heat loss from the home in winter, while blocking some of the solar energy input to aid in summer cooling.

These glass upgrades must be ordered at the same time as the patio door system is ordered.
